Willowbog chat 5th April 2014.

I am sorry for the delay in posting this report on the Willowbog chat from Saturday, but I did not have time yesterday to do it.
Peter used this rather nice Maple in the Tokenoma today.

David C brought along this member of the Podocarpus family to be identified and potted.

After potting  the tree is showing some good potential for the future.

This nice Hemlock was given it's initial styling by Mr Watson and turned out quite good.

This tree could be really nice in a few seasons.

This very nice White Beech was being worked by Kieth.

Another potting job, this time by the G Man.

The G Man dodged the first photo, but I caught him still working hard.

This Dawn Redwood group was potted up into a Mica pot from a box and looks much better.
Once it settles in Brian, the owner can start to work on the design of the branch structure.

Other trees waiting to be worked on.

There was some time for relaxing though.
These three do it well.
Another busy but enjoyable day at Willowbog.
