Normally it is John, Tony and me, but tonight Robert came as well.

He brought this Maple to see if we could do any work on it.
There was a big raised scar where a branch had been removed, so I showed him how to reduce the lump, so it would roll over into a hole rather than onto the surface.

Tony brought this Privet as he wanted to see what was going on in the pot.
This photo was taken in April, when first collected.
This photo taken in June, shows a lot of new growth.
Taken tonight growing very strong.
As the tree was growing in garden soil we put it into another training pot with some good compost.
Then added a little wire and gave it a clip out.
